Terms of Service

The terms for using our website and working with AdsbyZi, including project scope, delivery, and responsibilities.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Our business and these terms

AdsbyZi is operated by Zihadul Islam Akash, based in Bangladesh. These Terms of Service apply to adsbyzi.com and our direct service engagements, including the project terms below and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A signed or expressly accepted project agreement takes priority where it specifically changes these terms.

2. Website information and enquiries

Service pages and starting prices describe typical scopes. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or service contract. Before work begins, we confirm the deliverables, price, payment schedule, required access, and timing in writing. Package availability and prices may change; changes do not alter an already accepted agreement unless both parties agree.

3. Responsible use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious files, copy content unlawfully, impersonate others, or send information you are not entitled to share. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of materials and instructions you provide.

4. Agreeing the work

Before starting, we agree the service, deliverables, relevant limits, fee, timing, and payment milestones in writing. Package counts refer to the items specified on the service page and confirmed in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. A project begins after the required agreement, payment, access, and materials are in place.

5. Fees and third-party costs

Service fees cover the written scope. Advertising spend, subscriptions, hosting, domain fees, paid plugins, platform charges, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. Quotes identify their currency and any applicable taxes. Additional work requires an agreed scope and fee. Services purchased through a marketplace also remain subject to that marketplace’s payment and dispute rules.

6. Access and client responsibilities

You remain the owner of your website, advertising accounts, data, and platforms. Provide authorised role-based invitations where supported rather than sending passwords. Supply accurate business details, lawful content, product information, approvals, and required permissions. Keep backups and tell us about other people making changes that could affect the work. Delays in access, information, or approvals may change delivery dates.

7. Reviews and revisions

We share work for review through the agreed channel. Included revision rounds and review periods are confirmed for the project. Revisions refine the agreed deliverables; a new direction, extra pages, additional campaigns, new integrations, or a materially changed brief may require a separate quote. We confirm changes before carrying out chargeable extra work.

8. Advertising and tracking

Advertising budgets are paid separately to the relevant platform unless expressly agreed otherwise. Creative production, landing pages, tracking implementation, and repairs are included only when listed. Reliable conversion tracking is strongly recommended before launching campaigns. Tracking depends on the website, consent choices, browsers, integrations, and available data; complete measurement of every user or transaction cannot be guaranteed.

9. SEO, AI search, and local visibility

SEO and GEO work improves the agreed content and technical foundations. Search engines and AI systems decide whether and how to crawl, index, rank, cite, or recommend a business. Changes may take time to appear and results are not guaranteed. Local services require eligible, truthful business information; verification and platform decisions remain outside our control.

10. Merchant Center and account issues

Merchant Center packages are scoped one-time services. They do not include one month of maintenance or continuing case follow-up unless separately agreed in writing. We assess and address the listed issues, but Google controls reviews, approvals, policy decisions, and reinstatement. New or unrelated issues may need a separate scope.

11. Websites, email, and automation

Custom plugins, booking systems, paid tools, specialised integrations, and ongoing hosting are separate unless included. Clients must have appropriate rights and permissions for email lists and customer data. Email delivery, platform acceptance, and inbox placement are not guaranteed. Automations are tested against the agreed scenarios; business-critical actions, messages, and approvals must be confirmed before live activation.

12. Maintenance and ongoing partnerships

Maintenance is included only when the selected package or agreement specifies it. Included care is limited to the agreed service and period; it does not mean unlimited new work. Daily monitoring and dedicated coordination apply only to ongoing growth partnerships where included in the agreement, not one-time purchases. Partnership commercial terms, responsibilities, reporting, and renewal arrangements are agreed privately.

13. Ownership and permissions

Our website branding, copy, and original illustrations are owned by AdsbyZi or used with permission. Client accounts and supplied materials remain the client’s property. Rights to custom project deliverables transfer or are licensed as stated in the project agreement after the applicable fees are paid. Third-party assets, software, templates, and our pre-existing tools remain subject to their own licences.

14. Confidentiality and personal data

Both parties should protect confidential information and use it for the project. Access is limited to what is needed for the agreed work. Where customer or other personal data is processed, the parties must agree their roles, instructions, and any required data-processing terms before access. We do not publish client names, confidential work, or results as a case study without permission.

15. Handover, changes, and cancellations

Handover covers the agreed deliverables and relevant instructions after the applicable payment requirements are met. Continuing support or renewal requires a separate agreement unless already included. Either party may request a change or cancellation through the agreed contact channel. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how completed work and unused fees are handled. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

16. Results and external platforms

Marketing performance depends on factors including your offer, website, budget, competition, customer demand, and platform decisions. We do not guarantee sales, profit, return on ad spend, rankings, AI recommendations, account approval, or reinstatement. Examples and illustrations explain services and are not promises of results. Google, Meta, and other providers may change rules, restrict accounts, or interrupt services outside our control.

17. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information accurate and provide services with reasonable care. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

18. Concerns, governing law, and changes

Contact ziakash@adsbyzi.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it fairly. Bangladesh law applies to direct agreements unless the accepted project agreement says otherwise, subject to mandatory rights that apply in your location. Updates apply prospectively; an existing project remains governed by the terms accepted for it unless a change is agreed.
