We need invited access to Klaviyo and your store, brand assets, product details, offers, and your goals. DNS access may be needed for sending-domain authentication. Please invite us with appropriate permissions rather than sharing passwords.
A flow automatically responds to a customer action or lifecycle event. A campaign is a planned email sent to a selected audience. Flow email totals and campaign totals are shown separately in each package.
No. Starter Setup includes account/store connection and one signup popup. Automated flows and campaign emails are separate packages. We confirm existing settings and any additional requirements before starting.
Within the selected scope, we check integration events, consent and suppression settings, relevant filters, personalization, mobile previews, links, and UTM tracking. We review sending-domain authentication readiness and coordinate needed DNS changes with your approval. Custom development and major deliverability remediation are separately quoted.
No. We select suitable consented audiences and exclusions, review engagement and frequency, and use appropriate Smart Sending settings. New or unhealthy sending accounts may need a slower schedule before the full plan can run.
Klaviyo subscriptions and third-party tools are separate. Complete Flows includes one month of maintenance for the delivered flows. Monthly Campaign Care covers one service month. Renewal, new flows, migrations, and additional work are agreed separately.
