Privacy Policy

How AdsbyZi handles information shared through this website and our services.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

AdsbyZi is operated by Zihadul Islam Akash, based in Bangladesh. For privacy questions, contact ziakash@adsbyzi.com. General enquiries can be sent to contact@adsbyzi.com.

2. Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business website, message, and project requirements. During a project, we may receive billing details, account invitations, files, and information needed to deliver the agreed work. Website systems may also record IP addresses, device and browser details, pages visited, and security logs. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through enquiry forms.

3. Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, provide services, communicate about projects, maintain business records, protect our systems, and understand website use. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated bulk marketing. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of our agreement, legitimate business interests such as security and administration, legal obligations, or consent where required.

4. Cookies and measurement

This website includes Google measurement code and uses WordPress and related website tools. Depending on the configuration and your choices, cookies or similar technologies may support website operation and measurement. Read our Cookie Policy for more information. Cookie requirements and choices depend on your location and the technologies used.

5. Service providers and external platforms

Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, forms, email, measurement, and business administration. Our website uses Hostinger hosting, WordPress, Fluent Forms, and Google measurement tools; business communications may use Zoho Mail. If you contact us on WhatsApp or another external platform, that provider also handles information under its own policies. Client projects may involve platforms selected for that project, such as Google, Meta, Shopify, or Klaviyo. We share information needed for the relevant purpose, not unrestricted access to all project data.

6. Client account and customer data

Clients retain ownership of their accounts and business data. We request role-based access where available and use client data for the agreed service. If a project requires us to process personal data on a client’s behalf, responsibilities and any required data-processing terms should be agreed before access is provided. We do not sell personal information or use client customer lists for our own marketing.

7. International processing and retention

AdsbyZi operates from Bangladesh, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where transfer safeguards or additional contract terms are required, they must be addressed for the relevant arrangement. We retain information for as long as needed for the enquiry or project, continuing support, required business records, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the record’s purpose and applicable obligations. Unneeded information should be deleted or anonymised; backups may take longer to cycle out. You can ask about retention for your information.

8. Security and your choices

We use access restrictions and available account-security controls appropriate to our work. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Contact ziakash@adsbyzi.com with your request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to a relevant supervisory authority where that right applies.

9. Children and policy updates

Our agency services are intended for businesses and adults, not children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. We may update this policy when our practices change; the date on this page identifies the latest revision.
